In the special instructions section of the online order I specially asked that I wasn’t phone called, as I work night shift. I specified text only if necessary. I got a phone call just after 9am to confirm delivery, annoyingly waking me from my sleep. I also asked that the flowers were left outside of my front door, and do not knock. When the delivery was made, my door was knocked. My dog went crazy. My sleep interrupted yet again. 2 specific request made, and you failed me on both. Flowers were nice.
